Shipping policy
BITCO offers shipping to the continental US and Canada. We charge a flat $15 fee to ship rods. However, all orders subtotaling over $150 ship for free.
Our breakdown for other items is as follows:
- 0-5 lb Economy: $4.90
- 0-1 lb Priority: $6.90
- 1-5 lb Priority: $9.90
- 5-70 lb Economy: $19.90
- Orders over $150: Free Shipping
All rods are tested before leaving our facility and carefully packaged in rigid cardboard tubes to prevent breakage. Unfortunately, breakage in transit may happen. Please review your products once received and notify us at info@bearislandtackle.com if you experience problems with your order.
Please keep in mind that all rods must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be valid for warranty coverage or coverage in our accidental breakage program.
Orders to Canada
Shipping to Canada requires additional costs, customers are responsible for any and all duty fees or import fees. Package height cannot exceed 9 feet which means we cannot ship rods exceeding 8' 6" in length.
